Going from a short board to a Long board , enjoying the stoke again wish i had changed years ago.

Nothing beats seeing a big set come in and you paddle your butt off and time that duck dive to perfection - just as its hitting and it kicks you out through the back of it at speed - knowing that if you had been a meter closer to shore you would have copped it big time and you look back to see the 3 blokes that were a few meters back getting a good thrashing - meaning you are in perfect position for the next one with no one around you and the others are about to cop another one on the head as you take off. Joy.
