Agreed mate. [}:)] but was for bi-boardals

I guess if you LB you prob SUP as well.

Hope you don't mind me crashing your forum guys. Got four SUP's which I haven't ridden for about 18 months now. Rediscovered longboarding again after doing a rotator cuff some time ago. Glad I never sold my mals, so much fun. Was down at Torquay last week looking at a few McT's....nice. Ended up getting a 7S 8' fish for a bit of fun compared to my mals. Put a set of FCS GMB PC5 quads on...what's your opinion on these for this board. I'm 6' and approx 87 kg and an old bugger at 56!

Good on ya petemc, very similar story on the sup collecting dust, problem being you don't get much for them so may as well get it,to use on the odd occasion.

Billboard will point you in the right direction on the fin set up on the 7S.

Hi pete, I like to run that board as a quad with M7s in the front and M3s in the rear but if you find the quad a bit too fast and loose to start with then just an M7 or similar size thruster set up will be great to start. Its a fantastic board and if you can get used to the quad setup you will be stunned at how fast the board is. Whatever quad setup you decide on you will need something sizey up front and can drop as small as you like on the back. I think the standard setup is M7/M5 but I find the 5s way too tight so dropped down to the M3 and found it very very fast and loose.

Thanks BB I'll have to look at getting those to try. Meanwhile I do have a set of PC-5's & 7's in thruster setup; worth trying or not?

Never tried quads before but real keen to give em a go.

I surfed that 7s both ways and a foursum was better than a threesum imo

definately try the 7s - my mate tom much preferred the M7 thruster setup to my quad setup - but he has only ever ridden mals and found the quads a bit twitchy for him.
