The baby has 3 differentials! Front, Rear, & Centre! To give you an indication of scale, it is over 90cm... This is a 90cm wide fridge in the background!

PS - note to self... stop hijacking threads!

My 1/5 scale HPI Truck in Computer Speak;

CPU: 2.40GHz communication, 2200 KV Motor, Flux Tork, Blur Speedo.
RAM: Front Ram Bar is about 7-8 inches wide.
RAM FORCE: 10kg x velocity squared
Storage: It's a Big Truck - heaps of storage! Including 2 x LiPo Battery packs, with hard case holders.
Chassis: Twin Aluminium Beams, with polymer fibre bracing frame for combined rigidity, and flexibility upon impact.
Display: LED Headlights, and if this is charging towards you, run out of the way! FAST!

Haha, not far off!

I don't want to be in front of that thing!

What brand is she? Asrock, Asus, Gigabyte, MSI or none of the above?

I wonder how many RAM slots she has...

Bloody hell BigSpazz

I've been looking at building an HTPC, but haven't gotten around to it yet

I am planning on moving to a smaller case for my rig, not a HTPC by any means but something like the Bitfenix prodigy or the aerocool dead silence!

BigSpazz has got a beast hey? :D

Beast is an understatement.

Looking at the silverstone cases at the moment they make some pretty good small form factors.

Just picked up a Kogan 27" ultra hd.

That's ridiculous, I would rather just go some nice 1080p monitors x3 and eyefinity the lot!

The main advantage of AMD cards!

Lol, I am on a philips thing ( an old model ) and some old LG.

About to buy 3x new ones though.

As for your mac I can't say I can help. I hate macs. Stupid.

BUT! When you say ultra, do you refer to a 4K resolution screen? Full HD is generally known as 1080p and 4K is sometimes called ultra HD.

If your rig only supports 1080p then I would suggest a new graphics card, other than that, get rid of you mac and buy a decent rig with a GPU capable of 4K output. Not sure on what model will though. Personally I would go AMD because they are cheaper and I like them, heck the 290x beats Nvidia's titan at times.

Best thing to do would be take your mac and your screen to a PC shop and ask them, they will know straight away and tell you what to buy, just get it online though, so much cheaper.

Tom.
