Yep,had to do this with my 14 year old Golden Retriever two years ago,I knew it was the day,the Vet said best to let him go.Fk what a great mate he was my three kids grew up with him we swam went boating together he was a true mate and snake killer in his day.He is in my yard in his fav' spot overlooking the water still chasing ducks in the water.He rests under a palm tree that he grew up with now massive in height and his name is BEAR not after my fav' but he looked like a Polar Bear Pup when we picked him up from the breeder up the Sunny coast.
Moving on I have two little white fluffy things, Bailey another drink

and Bentley who is so super cool and can do anything,still miss Bear champion dog won some gold along the way.
