Just wondering if anyone else has experienced an Inner Thigh Cramp as I think it was because of hard pumping my 95L wing board trying to foil sup super small waves for 2 hours a session for three days in a row then at night sleeping (on the last day) I was woken with an almost super hard cramp but some how managed to relax and get thru it?:-)
