Time is moving on. I felt that if he had come to grief some wreckage would have been located and as it hadn't he might be just taking some time out. By now his food would have run out and police tentacles should have discovered any attempts to restock. I hope something happens very soon!

This is very frustrating - no breakthroughs yet.
His family must be going crazy with worry.
Let's hope he is found safe and well and soon!

To Eero's family, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
If I could tell them one thing, it would be to let them know that Eero is part of another family too, one of souls that share the same passion in what he loves doing. To Eero's family, I wish I could assure you that you are not alone in this ordeal, though you may never know them, people from all over, from all walks of life and all that sail, are feeling a genuine sense of worry and concern about Eero, like he was our brother too.

We hope, and we pray to our gods.

Eero, the sailor we did not get to meet at the get together. Rest in peace Eero. This is a sad reminder to us all not to be complacent with our safety. Our thoughts are with all Eeno's family and friends.

I hope there is some evidence of what happened, a broken jackstay or tether maybe. Losing a life at sea is always a waste but it would be a nice legacy if something came from the loss.

Oh no, how sad.
My condolences to his family and friends.

I agree Morningbird, if we can find out what happened, maybe we can all learn something from it.

What happened to the little dog I wonder?

Rest in Peace Eero. I hadn't met him, I didnt know him. I'm pretty sure though, he'd been out there doing the thing he loved - sailing and being on the sea.

Deepest condolences to his family.
