finally made the jump and bought a yacht,An Adams 10 called For Play.
would like to thank the old owners and wish them well with their New purchase Of the Adam 10 champion yacht down in Sydney, I also hope they get a good weather window to sail it back ??.
No doubt, For Play is well known it would be great to hear from anybody who knew her before the name change .
She would have some great history , as I believe she was hull number 6 out of the moulds.
I used to watch a very old wise sailer (90 years old) regular sail his Adam 10 to and from his morning In Port Macquarie , I have wanted one ever since , already building a bond with her I certainly plan to sail the hell out of her as I get stuck into the maintenance in exotic places .

For Play was in Eden? Going where? Is there an aft hatch for the fuel tank under the tiller. The first 10 or so didn't have one.
Which other A10 is on the move?

The floods a few weeks ago caused a bit of havoc at the Maclean moorings, luckily I am presently anchored in Iluka which is sheltered from the current & debris, the combined high tide and flood was impressive but safe. So far this issue of rain isn't as threatening but it's not over yet.
looking forward to reading of your adventures in your new vessel
