gglamenace,

I'm Alex from Catalonia (North East of Spain). I received just 2 days ago my new Chimeras 8 and 10.5.

If you can't test them in France and you are interested on it maybe we could arrange a test in Sant Pere Pescador or other spot near for you and for me.

As a reference, I'm 65-70 Kg and I get out confortably in 11-12 knots with a Griffin 10.5 2010 (129x39 TT). I've rided it with 23-24 knots (17-27).

I get out too with 15-16 knots with an Argo 9m 2010 (129x39 TT) and 9 knots with an Argo 13.5 2010 and a race board (North LTD 2010).

As additional information... the Griffin kite bag has been improved too for 2011...

...IT SEEMS INCREDIBLE, BUT NOW IT'S EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE!!!

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.
If I can't test the chimera in France I will contact you for a test in San pere pescador.

Thank you for your proposition, it's cool!

Radman, what have you worked out for your bridal points on the chimera . i had to fly it on old argo bar and lines, put the attachment one in from tip, medium turning, had the pulleys on. 18-30 knts.

Have been flying the 8 and 10 on rearmost steering position and middle shoulder position with pully bridal, the new bar is nicer to fly on too it makes the kite turn quicker cos of the longer leader setup , the split line holds the front bridal more central seems to pivot quicker,i have modified my 10 m bridal and its nearly as quick as the 8m now in the loops, and pivots faster to dump power quicker,im going to have a play with the shoulder positions to see the difference over the next few rides.
