Point is about surfboard strength, not riding twin tips in the surf ! Do you jump your fone waxman, how are the depressions, holding up ok , this was the point i was making, anyone having success with there surfboards as they ride them like a snowboard (strapped in) no boundaries! thanks for your input waxman
So now you want to put bindings on the surf board? so its more like snowboarding?
You know what is more like snowboarding, ride a tt designed for the surf or even a mutant if that is what would suit your style better then you will have no boundaries.
You are allways going to have limitations with any board wether it be a tt or surf board learn to pick a board that suits the style of riding that you want to do to suit the conditions and if you decide to go out and ride in the surf and just boost all day and break a surfboard no one really cares because you are being a d!ck head. and dont know what boards are designed to do.
If you are going to keep jumping your surfboard then you may want to look at your technique and try and land a bit softer. The fone boards do hold up to some jumping but im not really going to go out and boost masive with it because its not designed for it and with my extra weight i can see problems eventually which is not what i want i just wanted a sweet board for the waves and thats what i have got.
