The north clicker bar will work on any kite that can flag to a single front line, and this includes the Ozone Reo. My advice is get a 12M Reo (of course), it is not a slow kite and really does perform in low winds in waves.

Would the north click bar work well "straight out of the box" with the Reo 12m ?

I have the click bar and it works awesome with the 9m and 7m Reo but it's too short for my 12m Reo. Personally I prefer a longer bar for the 12m but that might just be me. It's already a super fast turning kite but I just like the extra I get with a longer bar. But it does work straight out of the box. Just remove the high V if it's clipped in.

Yes but as "rgeo" said remove the High V distributor fitting, otherwise it will work fine and the length @49cm is fine too.
