Haha thanks mate. Yes pretty much like that though you omitted a few species

Wetter indeed is great, this week minus the wind.

Will be back for a week Xmas/NY so may see you there or in Albany should Perth be steamy and windless

hey Cauncy,
Eppo Jnr here mate, i have decided to come up to gero this weekend and was wondering is it way too late to register for the big air comp? I know i should have already done this (such a twat!) and i am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. I would like to,however, give it a crack and would appreciate the opportunity. If you could help me out or know the correct people I can contact that would be great! Either way it's gonna be so much fun catching up and hanging with everyone regardless.
cheers

Hi Eppair, sorry but we cant take any more rego's. Closed last weekend, and we had to give the final list of riders with waivers and payment to insurers yesterday. Come and have a ball anyway, but I'm afraid its too late to register to participate in any of the events.

Cheers

Photos coming. There are heaps on Facebook on the Mid West WindFest page -- everyone's pretty shattered at the moment. I'm sure they'll start flowing back to Seabreeze when the photographers manage to recover. Meanwhile, here's a link to the FB page with some footage that Chris Lewis from our local ABC affiliate shot yesterday:
(Scroll down and you'll find it...)

And heaps of photos here from Ben Harvey:

If you're looking for somewhere to stay near Coronation Beach. Oakabella Homestead is just 5klm further up the NW Coastal Hwy towards Northampton. Take Hatch Road.
Camping $9pp per night. Stay 2 nights and get the 3rd night Free.
Hot showers
Oakabella Homestead also offers awesome coffee, breakfast, lunch and Devonshire teas.
Friendly new management as well
Definitely a hidden gem to be found.

What Cauncy said -- this is a beautiful location, and the new owners are delightful. Short hop to Coronation, if the campground at Coros is full (which it often is this time of year) They do meals, there's water, power and showers (which there isn't at the Coros campground) and you'll be away from the crowds and noise that you sometimes find at Coronation. Highly recommended. Cheap as chips.

Is it too soon to ask if the windfest will run again next year?
