Ditch the LF mate, learn on the real thing. The Lift is super solid, no torsion, direct feel, the board has flotation so you can recover from cavitation easier..I tried the LF and felt like I was on a wooden foil, lots of torsion. I prefer carbon all the way mate.Also, remember I am not affiliated with ANY brand so my opinions are based on what I experience, not what I need to sell :)


In saying that, if you already own an LF, stick with it until you master it a bit better, then jump on the carbon.. it will be like riding a Ferrari after prancing around on a mini (not a new one either)

Noticed the floatation thing a little, but the touchdowns at speed make me want a board with beveled rails. Can't surf hose funny boards though...
