Well.... If you want performance, the trailing can't be a "fat" edge, so it's got to be somewhat sharp, leading edge not so much as it's bluntish. I saw a research paper on it, and the sharp edge performed better, the gains were not worth creating a sharp front edged foil however
I can testify to the fact the trailing edges on my KFA Mako wings and mast are razor sharp. Like could cut a tomato thinly no problems.
