no and no!
Of anyone here, I thought at least Mark would have used one of these!

If no one has it figured by tomorrow evening, I will take a pic of it in use, but really - its un-Australian to not have used one of these!

Being a technopeasant, I have no idea of how to enlarge the photo! it stressed the grey matter lots just to get the ithingyphone to take pics without me busting it....

It is nothing like any Berdan remover I ever used - and I have used a primer powered Berdan remover, an RCBS "claw of doom", one based on a threeoh action with a hydraulic pump hooked onto the barrel stub -with the bolt being bored out so the spent primer is pushed out through the hollow bolt, and the best of them all- my gympie powered multi calibre hydraulic primer popper.

Looks a bit like a farriers hoof buffer but if it's un-Australian to not have one maybe it's a bottle opener :), it's really hard to see.

Looks like a farriers tool to me. If 100 years old maybe not an abalone measure, but could be a net guage.

1/2 a no for Cassa

Still trying to figure out how to enlarge pics.........

When you wear out the barrel of your .303, you need to make sure it is screwed back perfectly - or the sights will be canted over to one side.

The mystery tool - a "parallel gauge" straddles the action - one end resting on the rear of the bolt-way, the other end resting on the knox-form [a flat section machined near the rear of the barrel.

If you don't reduce them you don't need to enlarge them.
Those pics are tiny, cameras haven't made pics that small for a couple of centuries. So there must be something shrinking them before you post them, all you need to do is make sure they only get shrunk to a width around 700 pixels
