- It will be so good, it has been decided to name it twice. The official name will now be New Carantocland - New Carantocland.

-The weak and downtrodden will be limited a small enclave and will be fenced in to prevent mingling with the rest of the population

- Everyone will have to be 100% vaccinated to stop all diseases and create utopia. But you can chose to be self-vaccinated, or identify as vaccinated. Any non-binary vaccination status will be openly accepted.

- BTC will be accepted. Accepted as a worthless nothing other than a speculative nothing that has the high potential to create economic disaster for all. Hence all BTC is to be surrendered to the great-protector at the border.

So do we all get free thermal power?

decrepit - you can have all the free power you want (for domestic purposes only). But. it may be a mix of geothermal and wind, sourced from the future Illawarra wind farm, where New Carantocland - New Carantocland will off-shore all it's heavy industry and polluting generators.

Why not use the weak and downtrodden to power decrepit's home while we wait to harness the thermal power from the volcano?

If we set up a breeding program, we could call it renewable energy.

Maybe encourage/coerce them to ride modified exercise bikes fitted with dynamos. I was reading that a bike could generate 200 watts in an hour. For reference a laptop needs around 50 watts in an hour.

10 bikes ridden 24 hours per day might even provide enough energy to mine some bitcoin.

I'm not sure why psycojoe wants to drown them and you wish to keep them isolated in enclaves.

The good looking ones could be repurposed to provide intimate services for those living in utopia, this would also benefit the breeding program.

This could all form part of the curriculum in the re-education enclaves.

In a true utopia, the element of money would need to be removed from the intrinsic connection between life, love, money, and time. How will you achieve this? Will it be communism, will there simply be no possessions on New Carantocland- New Carantocland, or will you just eliminate the concept of interest?

I don't think you need to harness the volcano's power.

Just create a university, to spread the word of Carlantoc Marx. They'll love it and the hot air around it will be greater to that from the volcano.

Although, by setting foot on this new land you accept the contract between yourself and all the other sovereign citizens. Which - may be a bit complicated to manage if there are more than about one citizen.
