To be fair, I think that's why a lot of it has turned into interior design and styling. I have noticed that after the first few years that they have gotten much more critical on the standard of work than it seemed in the first few.

They have kicked builders out, they have closed the site down, they have insisted on people redoing work, and the guys that are acting as the foremen don't seem to put up with too much. I think they also have to do this to ensure that purchasers know that the product is not dodgy and will pay more.
