Admittedly I've only been through LHR 6 times, but never had a single problem, flights on time, bags arrive with me, train in and out of London, all good; but if they lay on Billie Piper or Karen Gillan I may never leave again...

Last house we rented here had an air con machine in every room - 6 in total. Unfortunately, only 2 worked and they needed the same remote controller. The living room unit had a remote but the machine was broken. The unit in my office was brand new but the plug wouldn't fit the hole which was moot because we had no remote for it or the other two...
