C0cks used it in their petty little games, so basically it ended up that if certain people said the sky was blue, it would be full red thumbs. Made it hard for beginners asking valid questions to sort the wheat from the chaff in responses. Laurie did the right thing in getting rid of it.
The stats were basically most people had given out 75% green and 25% red, but a couple of folks had done like 50 greens and 1000 plus red. Thats really sad.
Shame it can't still be a red and green system, but the 2 or 3 idiots ruin it for the majority as usual.
