You're probably about halfway through it now Japie. I got it in Victoria about 10 years ago. Was walking like a very old man for a couple of months. Had a surf once, which was a mistake. Apart from eating well and not drinking or smoking etc, sit down and read some books, watch some movies and just relax. There's a light at the end of the tunnel. Life will return to normal.
