No. We had 160,000 deaths, that's approximately 0 excess deaths. The stats the lockdown had the greatest affect on were domestic violence and abuse which more than doubled, every time someone speaks in support of lockdown I see the pain of extra lives ruined.

The best I could find when I went looking for it a while back was that we had a few periods where we weren't allowed to travel between regions and a few short periods of days where we were limited in how many people could gather. Was there really much or am I forgetting what happened already?

As they say ignorance is bliss. I'm in nsw. They forced shut all venues. My commercial maintenance company that provided services to these venues then was out of work. Some venues had to lay off staff which of those paid my invoices which killed my cashflow for months. Then they opened them back up BUT you had to be vaccinated to be allowed in. Silly me went and got jabbed and now not only was my business ruined by the lockdowns the vaccine has ruined my health. I even had instances where I was at friends houses during "lockdowns" and had the neighbours ring the police on us who were made to go door to door checking to see if anyone was breaking the strict useless emergency laws.Lockdowns in Victoria were evening stricter.

You've obviously forgotten the closed borders too? I tried to enter WA from NT in July of 2021. I was approved and started driving from Alice Springs. 24 hours later banned from entering the state.

I'm afraid that box is all too familiar in my household as well now, along with the prednisone and probably the rest of a similar drug cocktail. Hope you can get off the prednisone soon. We've managed to drop it as it was having some insidious side effects.
