I think Seabreeze needs an ignore function.

Most forums have an ignore function where you can add people to your ignore list and never see any of their posts. I would like that.

Maybe a "ignore threat / topic"

But I do that now by just not clicking on flat earth topics etc

It's hard enough to tolerate myself let alone expect others too.

There was a guy who won the best one liner I think last week at a comedy festival.....

this is it,

I keep screaming out broccoli and cauliflower,, I think I have florets

Did he pronounce it flor-ets like tourettes or just deadpan florets ... Cause i think the deadpan not saying it like tourettes is way funnier

I might redo his joke next year and see if it wins

While he's annoying as phaark, without him you might have nothing to talk about?

I have this new douche at my work that keeps posting on the all staff forum and everybody is like "What the phaaark?" but really it's great fodder for the watercooler. Like who is this dude? Total tripper.

Keeps life interesting I suppose.

Causehecan is a total tripper but power to ya, ya phuckin weirdo

Thanks chris but im going to change my logo to satan and stop posting when i hit 666 posts

If only the forum was split up into different sections so if we wanted to have serious conversations about tips and tricks or travel and state events then we could without all this general conversation getting in the way....

This sections tagline is shooting the breeze and trust me im trying but it keeps dodgeing

Amen brother,
Yes, the older generations like rules and segregation etc, give everyone a trophy just for turning up, lol
They have turned the country into a nanny state.

I've got a built in ignore function.

Actually everyone has, just a lot of folks haven't studied the manual and don't know how to access it.

It has, and I think Laurie just executed the following script

users(all).ignore("Adriano");

I think those who are saying just don't read it or they have a built in ignore function haha - don't get it.

If one person came here and just wrote rubbish all day every day (or lets say even 3 people) , then a thread that is a question, with good solid expert replies, becomes hard to read. You get just crap interspersed with real replies. Especially when people start quoting each other, you expand a post and it becomes a page long. An ignore function would help you to only see content you want to see. Much easier.

Bit like the red thumbs "audit" that showed the childish nature of some here, if some are ignored by most ppl on the site, what would that say to mods? Yup, voting out the farrrkheads.

If the ignore function was applied to Mark the total number of posts on the site would be reduced by 7%

I haven't read all the latest comments after reading this one ^^^^^^^^ that got the most green thumbs.
If you cant use your internal ignore button on a forum, how do you do it in the real world ? Maybe some don't and get beat up a lot, lol
