Just wondering how many Canadians are on here? I've got some kit to sell ( in Canada) and wondered if it was worth posting here.

seems you joining makes 3 (ish?)

but many of us own canoes, and certainly like syrup on waffles or pancakes.

Is this thread racist?

Things I know about canada

Every Canadian has a maple leaf tattoo flag or marking on their person so everyone know they are Canadian.

I once watched a documentary on maple syrup, you have to drain a lot of tree juice for a bottle.

I like maple syrup

weed is legal in canada

there are no waves so I will not go there

next country please

Tattoo, no
maple syrup, yes
weed, legal in most parts of Canada now
wave, there's places here you'll get much bigger waves than anywhere in Australia, check Cape Spear for example. People have been washed of the cliff there which are over 150feet high. I've been out there and seem cruise liners covered

Calm day. Never seen anyone surf or windsurf out there despite it always being really windy. Just to dangerous.

Cape Spear - yep, the shore break does look a little tricky, but too easy out the back

My local has maple syrup bacon.

I then add pancakes, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and put maple syrup on top of all that, again.

I actually didn't know there were waves there (it's ok I'm an idiot)

i dont like surfing south in winter it's too cold, please do tell what the water temp is ?

If it is under 10 Celsius I revert back to my original statement that is Canada does not have waves

Depends where and when. Some places it gets up to over 20 for a couple of months but then it can be frozen for a couple of months as well.

Most Canadians are the same race as most Australians, and 'mericans.

Here in the USA you can find maple flavored sausage in almost every grocery store, I don't like it though.

My daughters husband is Canadian and has just produced my first grandchild.

The husband is French Canadian.

Should I be concerned?

The English speaking Canadians get very offended when they are mistaken for the Americans, however the French speaking Canadians don't mind if they are mistaken for the French.
Canadian and American (unless it's Texas) accents sound the same to me, therefore I usually ask any person with such accent if he/she is Canadian just to be on the safe side. The Americans don't give a fark if the are mistaken for the Canadians.
