The finished Shaping of my first Epoxy longboard since 1959 This photo shows the Blank having been Vascuumed bagged with 6 ozs top & bottom with 3mm Density foam over the top of the Fibre glass The next step is to Vacuum bag the top & bottom again with Fibre glass to give the board the strength to survive surfing in Western Australia The Weight of Len's board was 9 1/2kg with fins
