I would not be too unhappy, because I doubt that the fuse/mast connection will last.
North and other manufacturers had a lot of issues with hthis type of connection. The forces on the fuselage sidewalls where the mast sits inside of it are very high and the North ones were breaking quite often and they seemed to be thicker.
We will see if the dimensioning was done properly by fone.
Would not buy one now and wait one season for real world experiences

From a mechanical engineering perspective, countersunk screws are not the ideal type of fastener either.
Flat head screws would be more suitable here. For me this does not look too promising

also heard some rumours at the beach about a new system and no compatibility between them.
Cannot imagine this to be true but as here in Europe all dealers are putting their stock items of their SK8 foils on sale maybe it could be true...
Does not make any sense to make a sale of their hottest product if there were no major changes?
We will see it anyways.
I personally would not buy anything right now and wait untill the new release for 2026.
