Did both blowouts occur on the same end ?

If so, there could be an issue with the dacron seam alignment on that side.

If not, then most likely incorrect bladder installation. The end cap method is more prone to this.

Assuming the bladder is not too short, then it's most likely due to a twist or bunching at the end of the bladder.

Make sure the person installing the bladder is familiar with this installation method.

I'm sure Ryan AKA the Sail Doctor (Cornishryan on Seabreeze) will share some good insights on this one.

Your repair may work for now but unlikely to last. If you don't want to stress about your kite deflating on you mid-session in the middle of the ocean, order yourself a brand new bladder set with valve pre-installed from Dr. Tuba. This will give you peace of mind and the bladders/valves will outlast the life of your kite.

Contact the manufacturer or distributor like Sandfoot said. Brands will typically have bridle spec charts with exact dimensions for all kites, models, sizes.

It could belong to one of the local kiters called Alan. I think he told me his name is on it. I sent him a message with a link to this thread.
