Improvise! Stubby cooler cut down to size, selleys 635 silicone. If it doesnt work - im buying another boom that wont be a NP!

Corrosion inside the boom head that i couldnt see although i washed it after every sail. Let go at speed and landed heavily - one serious injury that resulted in surgery a week later. The boom was 2 years old.

I will never use an aluminium boom ever again. The amount of crap expetiences of had with them ! Ending up in hospital for 4 days because of an aluminium boom isnt fun!

Careful through the mud etc around there- 3 stonefish found there by some of locals. I know they are around the jetty and ramps but that is probably not there usual area to be found in. Found a small one two days ago in front of the rocks near the hire place
