Just wanted to share how I did manage to make a stash belt (lycra) for a 6m PW and smaller:

1. find an old lycra like a polar cloth stuff. Mine I bought it in Maui in 2002 :-)
2. go kiting! no board, just aggressive bodydragging so it stretches out. I did it accidentally years ago
3. as it is coming to you knees now, fold it, put an elastic in it
4. go parawinging and stow it
