Hi,

I have decided to experiment with wingfoiling and looking for advice about board, wing, and foil equipment.

Specifically, what size board, sizes of wings, and recommendations about the foil would be much appreciated.

I have windsurfed, kitesurfed, and sup in waves for 3 decades so quite familiar with wind, waves, water but never foiled anything.

I have read that board would be weight plus 30 kgs and that the wing would ideally be 4 to m2.

I am 68 kgs and would start on a lake or flat water in the sea.
