Hi I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for wingfoil lessons in Perth?

Any other advice for learning? I have no foiling experience. Thanks, Tom

Another +1 for Anna.

My advice for learning: get lessons, or borrow a beginner board to avoid having to buy one, (then downsizing shortly after). Everyone is different, but imo you really only want a beginner board until you can reliably get up on foil on both sides.

My question is where are the best locations to learn?

I help run lessons from through South of Perth Yacht club, all gear provided and we offer beginner and intermediate courses, including tow foiling and it's alot more affordable compared to any other courses offered in Perth, you can read more here :)

Safest and most friendly spot would be lucky bay on the Swan River right next to Tompkins park, lots of other people learning and there's a sandbar off the beach which help create a boundary in the usual Perth seabreeze direction+ flat water perfect for learning

Sadly I may have invested in too long a mast as I keep getting stuck in the mud there.

Thanks for the advice, I went with Anna at King Wing and she is an absolutely brilliant teacher. She had me up foiling on the first lesson so really impressed. I can recommend her to anyone.
