How do you breathe when the fabric over your face gets wet?

Search under Full Face Cover Anti UV Mask.

Some have a mesh mask over the mouth to let air through.

I've also seen them in fishing equipment shops (but never took much notice, until now).

They came out here in Japan for construction workers and fishermen / women, it's super light, no problem breathing and doesn't hold any water when you wipe out I was going to get a hoodie but this doesn't obstruct your view at all, keeps the sun off your neck and ears and nose and tops of cheeks, winddoc sounds like you could benefit from one of these, it was a free size and cost about 10-14AUD
