Depends more on the foil and the board you are using, and not so much if it's a wind- or wingfoiling fuselage. I'd say a bigger board (like your 110 L) could work well, depending on the foil and how it has been set up.
I have a couple of success stories with guys using their windsurf foil boards for learning winging. They are using 2100 cm2 foils, 90 cm fuselages. It's super easy to learn with a longer fuselage.

On a smaller board you would definitely be better off with a shorter fuselage, but there's not much point to hurry to a smaller board too soon.
Go for it. If you feel you need to stand too far forward, try to flatten the tail as suggested above.
