I recently got an email from the folks at FIve-O promising all sorts of new toys.

I'm pretty stoked to see what's coming, after all this brand has a track record of ground breaking developments (Dyneema airframes and the whole parawing thing)

Has anyone spotted any prototypes in the wild?

Haven't spotted anything yet but from beach conversations I think they are headed into an exciting year. I still want one of their 2.4m wings as they are insane high wind weapons. Can't wait to see them polish and release a high end parawing too.

I can see that Five-O have given a bit of detail over at forum.progressionproject.com/t/whats-up-at-five-o-looks-like-new-toys-coming/13772/8

I hope @Meonash gets a crack at those wings for a review

I ride with Carter from Five-O frequently. I'll be demoing whatever the new stuff is when he get's it into the Gorge this summer and am happy to answer any questions I can. Five-O also is listed in the gear library: www.wouzel.com/gear-library so you can get Carters contact info for demos there.

Looks like the pre order is live on their website:

I've put my name down for 2 sizes! Can't wait

It sounds like they've kept the same simplicity/light weight approach (which I love) and redrawn the canopy.

Excited to be moving to a wing that shouldn't bag out like all conventional canopies
