I have a problem of foil + board matching. They are working together but I cannot reach the front strap line. My mast is almost all the way fwd, just a few cm shy.I used the first inserts possible to mount the straps.I'm about 10cm to 12cm or about 4" from my front straps even if I use a super wide spread.

Is there tips to try to use the straps...or nothing can be done? Thanks in advance.

1-Position your foil according to this:

2-Wing the board without straps a few sessions.Note where your feet feel comfy.Float&Foil foot position should be the same, specially important is the front foot.Back foot can move a lot easier.
3-Put footstraps in that position.
If inserts do not match DIY or have a shaper or repair guy put new inserts.

NordRoi already has his foil slammed forward and the inserts are still too far forward. I've the same issue on My Sunova riding with Armstrong foils with the boxes placed too far back for further forward tuning. Manufacturers need to sort this out. NordRoi, maybe try more shim for the stab (if possible) so that the front foot requires more pressure once up and foiling? Then you'd likely be standing more forward on the board and the straps would be in a better position?
