How did that 430 affect the looseness of the ride? I have never really been a fan of the 399 style but I have finally made it work well with my 1350. So far SAB has been top of tops if you get the right foil. It is true that they have very disparate foils on offer and only a few of them are truly amazing IMO (specially compared to other surf foils out there). Having said this, I haven't had a single issue with my gear and would never consider selling any of my SAB foils. F-one though, straight to the bin
The looseness was only slightly affected with the 430 but expecting improvement on that side with the 380. Still using the 790 front wing on light wind and slow waves. Not a fan of the 1110 as it doesn't match my style of riding but others swear by it. It's about finding what suits your style in their range and you'll never go back. My first foil kit was Fanatic when switched to Moses at the time it felt i just remembered to take off the hand break

Totally agree, I have found SAB to be very specialised and has at least 1 good foil for each spot and condition. What they are missing is a range of sizes within each range. The only category they do that with is the Balz and now Leviathan, i am guessing Balz range being a top seller.
Keen to know your impressions of the 380 once you get it.
