Flying to Fiji with Fiji Air (FA) v soon for foiling holiday. FA have 30 kg -ONE bag limit. $65 for oversize & $240 for additional bags.
I need to get a bag big enough to carry everything (including clothes) except my board- foil parts, pump, impact vest etc.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a really big sports bag that would fit all of this?

PS I flew Jetstar to Fiji last year and no limit on bag numbers but they only fly to Nadi from Sydney.

I recently did a wingfoil travel and my airline allowed a surfbag at 23 kg limit. So I fitted my board + foil parts + impactvest, pump etc.. in one mystic star wingfoil bag, and I fitted 3(!) North Nova wings, which have long bags, in a BIG 120L bag (singing rock tarp duffle 120) that could be carried on the back as well. Fitted clothes in the big bag too.

The singing rock bag is super sturdy (below on the left). Also can open on two sides (top and side) I have to say the mystic bag itself is a bit on the heavy side but with pockets etc for foil parts and all padding, it's really good.


I felt I needed a bit more of a bullet proof big bag instead of a huge but flimsy sports bag - essentially to protect the three wings (and not just to hold them together)

Fiji air wanted to charge $240 for a second bag so I ended up buying a really big board travel bag I can fit everything in. Will fly Virgin or Jetstar to Fiji next winter.
