I have Armie ML85, and yday I tried the Midi 82L.

The Midi is shorter and thicker and off foil is way more unstable than the ML85 and a less efficient in taking off.. Then on foil, it's a fun board, I liked it. Not a light wind board in my opinion.
If you an intermediate rider, with Armstrong ML you could go -10L easy from your weight to find the right volume even in very light wind.
With the Midi I'd go @ your weight, cause the thickness of the board makes everything quite wobbly in light wind conditions.

I have one in for review. I don't want to pre-empt the review but I will post the video here when I am done.
Only had one session on it so far and it's a bit of a mixed bag - an equal measure of pros and cons.

Thanks, Ash. You're one of the best sources of information on wing gear in the world. Please keep it up because you really help a lot of average joes that don't want to end up funding and participating in the R&D for some of these companies.

did you perhaps put your review in a different place "MEONASH"??

I'M also really hoping to hear more of a real world review of this board.. gotta decide soon and pull the trigger on one of these midlengths

I've now got all the review footage. Just haven't edited the video yet. It is next on the list, so hopefully in a week or so.
