I've been using the ADX 6M quite a bit lately. It's really a great wing. I was surprised how good it's been in the surf, a lot of it is probably due to the great front handle which is comfy but super stiff. Great upwind, lots of power, and fairly light, which surprised me. On the scales, it was right in the middle of my North Nova 3 and North Mode. Knit picking, I'd like the handles just a tad larger in diameter but then again, I don't wear gloves but 2-3X's a year. It'll be cool when they come out w carbon handles. Also, I'm not a fan of windows on almost all the brands I've tried. Almost...useless, I always lift and look first. Might as well save the weight. I know..its a personal thang!
Great wing, well priced. It's a keeper. I almost forgot, this is one of the best tacking and jibing wings I've ever been on. It's crazy how it almost completes the tack for you. Wing just flips to the other side.
PS. I forgot to add, it has a super tight canopy and lots of dihedral. Pluses are that hitting wingtips doesn't happen much and it's response to your input is immediate. Some of the secret to the tacks being crazy easy. Because it's crisp and tight, it likes a racing pump and not a soft canopy passive pump to come up on foil. So it wouldn't be my first choice for a beginner. Also w the dihedral, like many of the wings out there, it'll flip pretty easy on the water if unattended. So not ideal for a complete beginner. However, I think it's the dihedral, shaping and tight canopy that make the jibes and tacks so easy.
