Has anybody found a way of attaching footstraps to a board in a location where there are currently no threaded holes?

Nsi makes stick on threaded inserts. Supposedly they hold pretty well but I wouldn't trust them for jumping or anything. People often use them on inflatables.

Get a proper board builder / repairer to install inserts.
If done under the pads and properly done it will look factory. If in WA, I will do for u
