Lots of variables to consider to reduce the tendency to breach on take-off - move mast back, smaller stabiliser, add a shim to the stabiliser to reduce the downforce it creates (e.g. downforce increases angle of incidence of the front foil and hence lift), shorter fuselage reduces the downforce from the stabiliser. The 90cm wing you have pictured is high aspect and will tolerate higher speeds - the Axis website describes it as intermediate/advanced so it will be twitchy and more sensitive to rider input, but with the other kit properly tweaked and your feet positioned relative to the centre of lift not prone to excessive breaching.
Nice, thanks for the comprehensive advice. I'd put myself in the intermediate bucket. Will pull the mast track back. Maybe get a smaller stabiliser and get out on it more to adjust to the feel.
