Currently for low wind I am using Sroka XXL (2000cm2, 1090mm width front wing) or Gong Veloce XXL on Sroka fuselage.
For mid range I use Gong Fluid XXL-S or sroka XL wings.
Mostly I am winging in inland lakes where swell created by wind is not strong or there is no swell at all.
I am 82 kg, 183cm heright, board Reedin Feather 82L. Wings Echo 5 and 7, Ulman Osprey 6.2.
Would I get any benefit from changing mid aspect foil into high aspect foil? Sroka is offeing new wing 1350L for dockstart and low wind.
But I am wondering if it would be enough? May be for my conditions it would be better to go for Gong Veloce or Fluid H XXL?

Also as Reedin 1st gen board has foil tracks moved far backwards, I use all my foils at the most front position or 1cm from the front of the rails. I read that if you use high aspect stabilizator, you should move foil 3cm or more to the front. But for me there is no place for adjustments.

2020 Sroka foil had similar connection for front wing. You just need to drill additional hole, make thread and use some shims, made from bank card or plastic playing card as the difference of connection is around 1mm (Sroka square connection is thinner than Gong).
New Sroka foil front wing connection is similar to f-one, so is not possible to use Gong front wings.
But in total I like Sroka foil with Gong front wing. You get much slimmer fuselage and thinner mast.
I sold my Gong foil as when going from Sroka+gong front wing combination to Gong foil in the same conditions, I felt like driving car with engaged hand brake. It did not let me to accelerate and glide more.

I went from an 1850 Armstrong to an HA1325 for light winds at 65 KGs. Personally I sold the 1850 after one session back on it after riding the 1325 a few times. Similar lift off for me, but the speed and glide is night and day. Easier to stay up through holes and also to build apparent wind in the light wind.
Demo a HA to see if it will work with your board. I ended up having to sell my 74L and replaced with a 60L with forward boxes to accommodate the HAs.

I'm with MidAtlantic. I'm 75kgs, started with 1850, 1250, 1050. After riding the 925, I sold all of them. Now I ride 925, 725, 525 in almost the same wind range as my first three foils (10-12kts and up).

What size hand wings?

It's a yes from me. My light wind go-to was the 1550V2. It's now the 1325 for 7-12kts and 925 for anything above. I weigh 82kg and can get the 925 going on my 60L FG with a 4.5m or 5.5m Strike V2 or 6m DLab. The initial start can be tough but it's so easy to keep going through the lulls.
