I am just starting in wing foiling and I have a Naish Jet 2000 foil which seems to be working well for me at 90kgs body weight. I am finally getting on the foil and starting to look at jibing.

I have a 6m wing for light wind and 4.7m one when things go above 18-20mph. Is there a reason for also getting a smaller foil? I am not looking at going faster or jumping, just trying to maximize time on water.

The 2000 will work well in 10 to 40 knots ..... no reason to change it until you figure out your preferred riding style.

We have a few guys who like glide and they run big HA foils only.
We have a few guys who like speed and they run small, thin profile foils only.
We have a few guys who like to carve and they lean towards the low HA surf style foils.

I like glide and ride an 1800cm2 HA foil in 10 to 40 knots and only change my wings down as it gets stronger.
My foil progression was big low aspect, small low aspect, small high aspect, big high aspect. They all worked well, but the most enjoyment I have had has been huge high aspect, super short fuselage with a smallish rear.

MAXimize....consider smaller foil or smaller wing. Around 3.6.
Like....your bike has 12 gears, your car has 6.

Can also move the foil mast back a bit if getting too much lift in high winds. I'm a cheap bug, so always go with the free option first!
