Is a 60 cm fuse with 90 cm mast giving the same behaviour as a 70 cm fuse with 70 cm mast? (Wings remaining constant)

Longer fuse means: more stability, bigger turns, less pumpability? Shorter the opposite, right?

Longer mast means: less pumpability, but more angle for carving?

So if mast goes longer you can compensate with shorter fuse?

A longer mast will add instability. Which means you'll generally want a longer fuse to compensate for that, all else being equal. If you keep fuse length the same when going up in mast size, you can add negative shims to your tail.

Longer mast is less stable but gives you longer reaction time. Stabiliser effectiveness works off relative lever lengths of fuse, mast against front wing as pivot.

My experience doesn't match your thoughts on pumpability. I don't think mast length has much impact on pumpability, unless you have too short a mast which makes pumping really difficult. If anything a longer mast gives more ability to generate speed and angles on the pump. I also think longer fuses are a bit easier to pump versus short fuses as long as you have the right size tail. YMMV
