Try eating more tendons. No joke. It's a rich source of collagen. Also try rubbing some arnica oil onto clean skin, followed by DMSO spray and massage it in. Also consume lots of mineral salts. eg. Boost Sea Minerals. And Vit-C in the form of sodium ascorbate. At night, before sleep.
Try an under-grip with the front hand during aggressive pumping while you have the tennis elbow problem. Also check the range of motion in your shoulders and fix them if not working properly, since a shoulder issue will cause overload of the forearms.
Learn to use a harness if you are not already.
Avoid doing tedious repetitive stuff with your injured arm(s) like using a computer mouse.
If someone tells you to work on strengthening your arms, then punch them in the head and ask them if they still think your arms are weak. Of course provoke them to make the first strike attempt. Just kidding.
