Hi there!
I'm beginning into wing foiling and I have riding with a F-one ASC 110L 5'10" (I have 80Kg). Now, I wanted to upgrade for a smaller board and I'm stucked between a smaller ASC 90L and a FANATIC Sky Wing 85L. Usually, the wind here blows from 12 to 18Kts.... 20kts tops.
Unfortunately the Rocket V2 or V3 85L are not available, which I believe would be a better comparison....
Hope someone could give me some help since I don't have them available for testing.

That ASC is really Heavy but has great durability. The fanatic will be a lot lighter for more performance but will show damage super quickly with that painted construction. After 2 years my fanatic was missing as much paint as it had and I only sold it for $200.

The fanatic boards are really easy to damage & not very good boards anyway. Unless you have all your gybes down I'd stick with a bigger narrower board. Getting started easier makes your sessions better & progression faster. I struggled going down to a smaller board & wasted a whole season before swapping to a LWDW 7' board. I am now watching a friend struggling too on a small board that he got talked into.

Yeah it's a shame I really expected fanatic to have their **** together with durability since they've been making windsurf boards Since forever - I had a fanatic snake that I wailed on for a decade as a kid!

And don't forget Fanatic wing boxes are not the best. Fanatic windsurf boards are good.
