Would it help to impregnate you parawing as showed in the video? Seems like my BRM V1 gets more sticky to the water lately. Any other suggestions?

I do the same with my Flysurfer Peak converted Parawing. The best thing about it is that it doesn't stick to the water.

How often? Every X number of sessions or distance? This makes sense for sure. When my pocket rockets were brand new and I would re-deploy them they would pop open. Now, with 250 miles on my 2.4m and 350 miles on my 3m if I drop them they hit the end of the lines like a wet ball and slowly peel apart. I counteract that by holding onto part of the leading edge during redeployment so the canopy opens on its way down but it would be nice to go back to having it naturally pop open immediately!

Good question. I think if we haven't done it from the beginning, the damage is already done. But it's never too late, I guess. I think a lot of the impregnating substance will wash away after one session. I try to do this process as often as I can. It doesn't take that long. It's best to do it when there isn't much wind for a couple of days.

STAR BRITE Waterproofing & Fabric Treatment with PTEF?, Gallon

As I look over my BRMs and Flysurfers, there are non fabric parts (reinforcements) that make me question using the waterproofing...

I've been using Star Brit for a few years now on my wings, brings back the colour and cripness , pour some water on one side of the ripstop and if it seeps threw its time for StarBrit !

Wouldn't the use use of biodegradable one make using them a bit pointless?
