I also started with +10 L as my first board and although I am a bit lighter (72 kg) perhaps my board journey is useful. Have gone through a crazy amount of different sizes of boards, and for me the following 3 board setup makes the most sense at the moment. Not too interested in jumping and freestyle, so I tend to choose as small wing and as small foil I can get away with.
a) -10L (62 L for me) as a daily driver and the most versatile board to use in the waves as well.
b) A smaller board (32 L) for stronger winds. I have found that while it's super fun on flat water, in our wave spots it does not make sense to go so low with the volume. With 20+ knots I rather prefer to use a 2.6 m2 wing and a smaller foil (840 or 880 cm2), but at the water level between the bigger waves (especially with the onshore wind direction) there is just not enough wind to get going easily. Does not make sense to me to use a crazy big wing for getting going, and then to be uncomfortably and unnecessarily overpowered while wave riding. Super fun on flat water though.
c) And finally a big board (115 L) I can use for teaching as well, or when the wind is ultra unreliable and light.
