What's the longest time frame do you leave you foil connected/bolted up before undoing when tefgel-ed?
I will go a few weeks and all unscrews alright.

6 months to 1 year I've kept mine assembled. The Tef-gel dries out and gets stiff after 6 months

Also how i manage this. Leave mine assembled all the time. When i get home and hose everything down, I undo all the screws a 1/4 turn. Don't tighten them up again until I'm at the beach for the next session. Occasionally swap between HPS and ART fronts but that is about it.
