Just wondering if people using the XPS wing having issues with bladder where upon deflation the bladder comes to cover the air valve? Posted this on forums and it appears it a common issue. And if so, was warranty able to cover it? Ain't no good at wing repairs.

I've got a quiver of XPS wings and don't have any problems with them. This valve is very common on different brands. If you roll it up too quickly with air in it may cause this to happen.

I've got an ozone flux and it just started doing something similar. Inflated and deflated as directed, checked for twists on half and full inflation. Checked bladder inside the leading edge all square and true, welded seal running parallel to leading edge seam. Inflation valve Velcro in position not twisted or tight on any sides, again testing semi inflated with hand inside leading edge. Anyone had something like this and found a fix? Bit concerned about causing a blowout when out on the water under general wind loading.

I think the valve may have a fold of excess bladder material that will typically lay flat, with the edge/lip away from the valve hole. If there's too much excess, it can fold over and cover the hole when deflating. Just push it back in flat using a small finger. I feel like this may have happened once or twice with my XPS, but I think It was after using a high powered makita dust blower to fill it quick for a dry low psi dry. Just speculating.
