Quote* Due to covid and no dwind racing going on the high aspect is getting an extra year of R&D. So don't hold your breath for one dropping soon. That's the rumor from some of the team riders.

Have you tried the HS1250? Worth a try. Way better than HA wings IMHO as it allows you to turn and surf the swell.

Interesting post from a good rider:

Beware of the High Aspect trap.

?

Many people and friends of mine believe that a HA wing will be the answer to all their pumping problems, in reality it isn't, many get trapped on a HA wing only to have their level deteriorate as they can no longer catch steeper waves or turn as freely as they used to. HA wings are a great tool for the right conditions, but the truth of it is many far more surfy wings can also pump very close to as many laps once you figure it out.

Compared to other race foils, not to surf foils I would guess. Compared to a surf foil 2 out of 10

I'm keen to see what Armstrong eventually come up with for a HA. Aimed for SUPfoil DW paddle hopefully. send some wings over the ditch to west Oz for some R&D. Summer is here and it's Seabreezy.

In the video linked below Armstrong is interviewed about his wings and he shows the HA wings he's working on. He also explains the reasons behind his masts variable stiffness from top to bottom.
