My desire is mostly having the best light wind wing possible. I went 3 months this summer with not enough wind to fly at all. Actually almost 4 months :(
Lighter weight, and stiffer frame for more efficient pumping could be the secret sauce needed to get there. Maybe even the smaller diameter LE could help with upwind ability in light wind.
CWC 8m in Aluula seems like a perfect marriage for someone my size, living in marginal wind area. I'd also expect light wind sailing be less prone to bagging out, so maybe not as much of a concern.
Bagging out may be more of a concern in high wind areas, or more aggressive (better) wingers who get more flight time than others.
